Pat's Gluten Free Almond/Parmesan Crusted Tilapia

Ingredients
1/2 C. Almond Flour1/2 c. Parmesan cheese1/2 tsp. thyme, dried1/2 tsp. garlic powder1/2 tsp. oregano, dried1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. black pepper1 lg. egg beaten4 tilapia (4 oz. each)Mango Salsa:1 mango chopped1 small onion, finely minced1 small red sweet pepper, finely minced1 T. Cilantro, dried1 lime juiced1 jalapeņo pepper, finely minced1 tsp. honey
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray baking sheet with GF oil spray or grease with coconut oil. Mix dry ingredients well. Dip fish fillet in egg and then into dry ingredients. Place on greased baking sheet, spray each fillet with cooking spray. Bake 10-12 minutes until fish is flaky.

Mix mango salsa ingredients in dish and serve with fish fillets.
