Healthy Pumpkin Custard

Ingredients
1 can (15 ounce) pure pumpkin1/2 cup skim milk4 beaten eggs1/2 teaspoon salt2 teaspoons vanilla extract2.5 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice1 cup granulated stevia in the raw
Directions
-in a large bowl, mix all ingredients
-pour mixture into a 9-inch pie pan
-bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until a knife comes out clean
