High Fiber Waffle

Ingredients
1 cup Bob's Red Mill high fiber pancake and waffle mix3 egg whites2 TBS unsweetened applesauce3/4 cup 1% milk
Directions
Mix ingredients just until blended.
Spray waffle iron with cooking spray.
Pour enough batter to cover lower cooking service. Close lid.
Wait a few minutes before checking to see if waffle is ready, unless otherwise indicated by your waffle iron.
