Chicken Salad Texas Style

Ingredients
1 Cup of shredded chicken (roasted or boiled)1 Tablespoon (heaping) light mayonnaise1/2 teaspoon brown mustard1 teaspoon of chopped green chili peppers 1 teaspoon of chopped green onion1 teaspoon of Parmesan Cheese grated.
Directions
Shred the chicken with your hands picking it into small pieces, add other ingredients and mix. Use whatever hot peppers you like. Makes 1 serving to eat with crackers or in a sandwich.
