Ingredients:Cranberries, 2.5 cup, choppedApples, fresh, 1 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lbCelery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)Oranges, 1 small (2-3/8" dia)*Sucralose (like Splenda), 32 tsp
Directions
1.Grate peel of orange; reserve. Peel oranges and discard white membranes. Separate oranges into sections and place half in a food processor or blender. To the food processor add half of the cranberries, apples and celery. Process until coarsely chopped. Transfer to a bowl; repeat with remaining oranges, cranberries, apples and celery. Stir in splenda and reserved orange peel. Cover and refrigerate overnight
