Slow Cooker Pulled Pork for a Crowd

Ingredients
3 lbs. pork tenderloin, trimmed1 cup ketchup4 tbsp light brown sugar2 tbsp honey4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce1 tbsp vinegar (white or cider)1 tbsp yellow mustard1 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp paprika1/2 tsp chili powder1/4 to 1/2 tsp ancho chile powder 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Directions
Trim pork tenderloin(s) of all visible fat; place in slow cooker. In a large bowl combine remaining ingredients until well incorporated; adjust flavors to your preference. Cook in slow cooker on low heat for 8 hours. Before eating, turn off slow cooker and shred pork. Serve over buns if desired (buns not included in nutritional information).
