Lightened UP Broccoli and Cheez-It Casserole

Ingredients
*Green Giant Broccoli & Cheese Three Cheese Sauce, 12 serving Milk, nonfat (skim milk), .5 cup*Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp *cheezit white cheddar reduced fat crackers (25), 3 serving Campbell’s Cream of Chicken, 1.5 serving *Cheese, Velveeta Light, 12 oz
Directions
Oven to 350. Crush cracker is ziploc bag. Place broccoli with sauce in greased 13 x9. Cut velveeta into chunks. Put in pot and melt with milk, soup and salt and pepper, cayenne to taste. Add dijon. Add a .5 cup of crumbs. Stir in. Pour over broccoli in pan. Top with remaining crumbs and sprinkle with pepper. Bake for 15-20 minutes. or until top is golden and bubbly.
