1 ½ cups chopped fresh broccoli1 ½ cups chopped fresh cauliflower ½ cup shredded carrots Ariel seeds of one pomegranate 1 large Cortland or Fireside apple (or your favorite eating apple)½ cup chopped walnuts½ cup Boathouse Farms Raspberry Merlot Olive Oil vinaigrette

Combined all ingredients and toss in a large bowl until coated evenly and Serve
