1 large egg15 ounce can pumpkin 3/4 cup whole milk1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup1/3 cup Splenda1/2 teaspoon cinnamon1/4 teaspoon ground ginger1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg1/4 teaspoon saltSmall pinch of ground cloves
Place oven rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 350 degrees. Spray a 9" glass pie dish with cooking spray.
Whisk the egg in a large bowl to break it up. Stir the rest of the ingredients in, do not overmix. Pour into pie dish and bake for 30 minutes.
Turn off heat and leave the custard in the oven for 1 hour. Do not open the oven door. Cool and chill before serving.
