veggie breakfast meat scramble

Ingredients
2 slices uncured turkey bacon2 links of Niman Ranch apple cinnamon sausage1/2 cup yellow bell pepper1 cup kale1 cup spinach1 cup unprepared hasbrown potatoes1 cup chopped tomatoes10 egg whites1 tsp olive oil
Directions
1. heat pan to medium high heat with the olive oil.
2. cook turkey bacon and sausage almost done.
3. add hash brown potatoes and cook about 5 minutes
4. add bell pepper and cook 1-12 min longer
5.add kale spinach and cook to begins to wilt
6. add eggs and season to taste. stir frequently till eggs are cooked to your liking
