Chef Vagos Impossible Pumpkin Pie

1/3 C white sugar1/3 C splenda1/2 C bisquick1 cup milk (fat free)1 egg1 can solid pack pumpkin puree (15 0z)2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice2 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350
Pam spray a 9 inch square pan
In large bowl, combine sugars and baking mix.
Stir in milk and egg.
Beat in pumpkin, spice and vanilla.
Mix til smooth.
Pour into pan
Bake in preheated oven 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Serving Size: Makes 9 servings 3"x3"
