Ingredients
2 1/2 Cups of Oats6 Egg whites1/2 cup unsweetend applesauce4 scoops Low Carb Whey Protein2 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder1/8 cup cranberries1/8 cup slivered almonds1 cup mashed banana
Directions
Spray a 6 giant muffin tin tray with PAM. Fill each tin.
Bake at 350F fo 35 minutes.
