Ingredients
4 large eggs slightly beaten1/2 cup low fat cheese softened1 1/2 cups Splenda1 cup pumpkin1 cup flour1/2 cup oats1 Tbsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp vanilla1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, pour into 9" x13" pan. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
