Fried Rice

Ingredients
2 cups long grain rice (dry)0.5 medium red pepper0.5 medium green pepper4.5 oz polka kielbasa1 medium white onion0.25 frozen corn0.5 cup frozen mixed vegetables1 oz olive oil
Directions
Pre boil rice for about 15 mins
Chop red and green peppers, onions, garlic, kielbasa
Heat olive oil in pan
Add chopped ingredients
Add frozen veges and corn
Add seasoning (salt, black pepper, curry powder, thyme, chicken bouillion cube) to taste
Add cooked rice
Allow to cook on medium/low heat for 15 mins
Enjoy
