Anchovy Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients
Brussels sprouts, 20Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp peperoncini ripieni 6 (these are small red hot peppers stuffed with olives and anchovies, they are found in a jar usually with the italian food )Balsamic Vinegar 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbspAnchovies 6 Honey, 1 tbsp
Directions
Clean and toss sprouts in 1 TBSP oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Broil for 25 minutes.

Mix remaining oil, vinegar and honey together.

To the cooked sprouts, add hot peppers and anchovies and toss.

Drizzle the oil/vinegar/honey mix over the top and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Broil for another 5 minutes. Enjoy hot!
