olive oil 2 tbsp1 stalk celery, finely chopped2 small carrots, peeled and finely chopped1 small onion, finely chopped14 slices of wheat breadlow sodium chicken brothbutter spray, refrigeratedbell's seasoningbutter flavored powderonion powdergarlic powdersalt and pepper to taste
saute all veggies in the oil, add broth as needed to keep pan from being dry and to help soften veggies. When veggies are softened, add seasonings, and bread that has been cubed. Stir until moistened and add butter spray and the butter flavored powder until tastes to your liking. cook in muffin tins for individual 1/2 cup servings or use to stuff chicken or turkey breast cutlets and then cook until hot.
