Jenny's Chicken W/White wine Sauce

2 tablespoons of olive oilFour chicken breast2 tablespoons of Smart Balance Buttery Spread1/2 cup of white wine 1 can of 98% Fat Free cream of mushroom soup 1/4 cup of water 1 cup of whole wheat spaghetti-Optional -8 tablespoons of parmesan Cheese
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in pan and pan fry the chicken breast. Remove chicken breast from pan when cooked and keep warm. Add 2 tablespoons of smart balance butter spread to pan. Add 1/2 cup of white wine and simmer for three minutes. Add 1 can of 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup and 1/4 cup of water and let simmer. Return the chicken breast to the pan in the sauce. Serve over 1 cup of whole wheat spaghetti. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese. Enjoy! Do not sprinkle with cheese and Save 45 Calories and 3 grams of fat
