Thanksgiving Lasagna

Whole Wheat NoodlesPasta SauceTomato PasteMozzarella CheeseParmesan CheeseRicotta CheeseGround TurkeyTurkey Italian SausageOnion, choppedGarlic finely chopped
Cook noodles as directed, then rinse and set aside.
Saute Onions, add garlic and meat cook until meat is just done. Add pasta sauce and tomato paste. Add a little water and let simmer for as long as possible, but for at least 30 minutes. While meat sauce is simmering combine all the cheese in a seperate bowl. Place a ladel of sauce in the bottom of a greased/sprayed lasagna pan. Add a layer of noodles, a layer of cheese mixture, another ladel of sauce and continue until ingredients are gone. Save a little mozzarella to sprinkle on top. Cook for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven, then cover with foil and cook another 30 minutes. Remove and let cool for 20 minutes before cutting and serving.
