1 (8.5 ounce) package jiffy corn muffin mixEgg, fresh, 1 lgAlmond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, 2/3 cupDel Monte Sweet Corn Cream Style, 1 canYellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can drainedTurkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 20 oz (seasoned with mexican seasonings or taco seasoning), cooked & cooledGreen Chili Peppers, chopped, 1 small canBeans, black, 1 can, rinsed and drainedoptional:black olives, onions, jalapeno peppers, etc
Make the corn bread mix, fold in cream corn, canned corn, beans, cooled meat, chilis, cheese.
pour into greased 9x13, bake @ 350 for about 45 minutes
