Meg's light stuffing for Thanksgiving

Cube one loaf of weight watchers whole wheat bread (approx 20 slices)Let dry at least over nightSaute onion, and celery in a little of the chicken brothadd apples, sausage and herbsadd liquid to bread and toss to coatadd egg beaters and toss to coatpress into 9x13 casserole dish sprayed with pambake at 350 for 30 min (I cover with foil and take it off for last 5 min of cooking to crisp up top.)makes approx 10 servings
