Ingredients
Canterbury Naturals Potato Corn Chowder packageTurkey breast meat,3 cups choppedChicken Broth, 3.5 cup (28 oz) Coconut Milk, 2.5 cup Onion - 1 medium2 gloves garlic4-6 cups of water
Directions
Saute onion and garlic. Add soup mix, broth, turkey and add extra water to make real "soupy". Boil according to package or 30-45 minutes. Mix flavor package and 2 cups of coconut milk. Add to soup mix. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Serve with gluten free cornbread.
