Ingredients
Rotini, 6 oz (remove)Celery, raw, .33 cup, diced (remove)Onions, raw, .33 cup, chopped (remove)Spinach, fresh, .5 cup (remove)Cucumber (peeled), 1 medium (remove)Baby Carrots, raw, 5 medium (remove)
Directions
makes 8 cup servings
cook Rotini for about 8 mins. drain and cool
slice and dice all vegtables
mix everything and serve with favorite salad drressing ( optional)
