Mexican-style Tuna Salad

Ingredients
3 oz. Tuna in Water.125 cup Regular or Low Fat Mayonnaise1 Plum Tomato, chopped1 Avocado, chopped.25 cup Yellow Sweet Corn1 Pickled Jalapeno Pepper, chopped1 tablespoon pickling liquid from jalapeno
Directions
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour. Serve on bread or toast. Makes 4-6 servings.
