Chicken Fajitas (no tortilla)

Ingredients
8 oz chicken breast cut into strips1 green bell pepper1 red bell pepper1 onion, sliced thin4 oz shredded cheese2 Tbsp buttersour cream (optional and not included in nutritional info)
Directions
Heat 1 Tbsp butter in skillet. Saute' veggies until soft and tender. Remove from heat. Add remaining butter and cook chicken until brown and no longer pink in the middle. Add veggies into skillet with chicken and heat until warm. Serve on plate and top with shredded cheese.
