Zucchini Protein Bread

Dry ingredients:1/3 cup Oat flour (gluten free)2 tbsp Coconut flour (raw)1 tbsp Psyllium Whole Husks (Yerba Prima) 1 scoop About Time Whey Protein (Vanilla or cake batter)1/2 scoop Myofusion Probiotic Series (Vanilla or any flavor)1 tsp Baking Powder (Hain Featherweight)1/8 tsp Baking Soda1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum (Bob's Red Mill)2 tbsp Stevia in the Raw (baking)1 tbsp Ground CinnamonWet ingredients:4 egg whites or 2/3 cup liquid egg whites3/4 cup grated Zucchini 1 tsp Vanilla Extract1 tsp liquid stevia (vanilla)1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar (Bragg's Organic)
-Preheat oven to 350.
-Spray 2 mini loaf pans or 1 large loaf pan with non-stick spray.
-Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl and whisk to mix.
-Combine all wet ingredients in a medium bowl and stir together.
-Pour wet ingredients into dry and whisk until batter is combined.
-Pour half the batter in each of the mini loaf pans or pour all of the batter into the large loaf pan.
-Bake for 30-40 minutes.
Let cool before removing from pan.
Enjoy!
