Betty's Oatmeal Meatloaf

2 Eggs3/4 Cup skim milk2 cup Oatmeal plain1/4 cup chopped onion1/4 cup chopped red pepper1/4 cup chopped green pepper2 Tbs fresh chopped parsley1 tsp salt (optional)1/2 tsp ground sage1 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce1 1/2 lbs ground beef 96% lean1 8 oz can tomato sauce1 Tbs honey1 tsp yellow mustard1/4 cup fresh chopped cilanthro1 tsp celery seed
Combine eggs and milk; Add oatmeal, onion, parsley, salt, sage, green and red peppers, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Add ground beef and mix well.
Form loaf in a shallow baking pan and Bake at 350 Degrees for 50 minutes. Remove, Spoon off fat.
Combine Tomato Sauce, honey, yellow mustard, Cilanthro and celery seed. Pour over meat and return to Oven for 10 min.
Serving Size: Makes 8 one cup servings
