blueberry avocado muffins

Ingredients
2 cups almond flour1/4 cup ground flaxseeds 1/3 cup coconut sugar1 tsp baking powderdash of salt1 cup mahsed avocado2 large eggs 1/2 cup sour cream1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil1 cup blueberries frozen or fresh
Directions
preheat oven at 350c, grease muffin tins , combine dry ingredients and mix with a spoon; in another bowl mash avocado, eggs,cream and oil; add to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly fold in blueberries
spoon in muffin tins, bake for 30 minutes or less until toothpick is removed dry cool in tins for 10 minutes and transfer to rack
