Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar1/4 cocoa powder (unsweetened)1Tbs All Purpose Flour1/2 tsp Cinnamon1 cup cold water4 cups fat free milk1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Combine sugar, cocoa, flour and cinnamon in a medium sized sauce pan. Pour in one cup of cold water and stir on low heat until ingredients combine/dissolve. Increase heat to Med and bring mixture to a boil. Boil 3-5 minutes stirring frequently. Stir in milk and heat until hot, not boiling. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and serve immediately.
