Great Value 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 c), 1 serving Milk -Silk Pure Almond Milk, unsweetened vanilla, 1 cup *McCormick Pumpkin Pie Spice, 1.5 tsp *Protein powder, Jillian Michaels whey protein Vanilla (1 scoop), Banana, fresh, .5 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) *Publix Quick Oats (1/2C,uncooked), 0.125 cup *McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp *Jello, Sugar Free, Fat Free, Cheesecake Instant Pudding (1tsp, mix only ), 1 serving
Add milk and dry ingredients to blender and blend well, add banana (sliced I just usually break up with my hands) and pumpkin continue to blend to desired consistancy
