Ingredients:*London Broil, 16 oz(remove)Broccoli, fresh, 2 bunch(remove)*Snow Peas, fresh, 1 cup(remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, strips(remove)Scallions, raw, 4 medium (4-1/8" long)(remove)*Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp(remove)2 tab Hunan sauce2 Tab of hot black bean sauce
Directions
stir fry meat - remove
stir fry veggies - remove
add liquides to wok
once it boils add meat back
then add veggies
Serve over brown rice
