Ingredients
*(OXO) Vegetable Stock Cube, 1 serving(remove)*Potato - New Red Skin 1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia (1 potato, small), 5 serving(remove)Carrots, raw, 1 medium(remove)*fresh red chilli, 1 serving(remove)Garlic, 1 tsp(remove)Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup(remove)
Directions
fry off onion in garlic and ginger, simmer potatos in stock, then add fried ingreideients, simmer, then blend, add peas for 5 mins then blend one more time
