Broccoli Shrimp

Ingredients
4 C. Broccoli break them up into small bite size. 4 C or 1 lbs. tail on shrimp (I use frozen from Costco)1 can of bamboo shoots sliced3 green onions slicedsauce3/4 C chicken broth 1/4 C rice wine2 Tbs honey 2 Tbs soy sauce1 Tbs chili garlic sauce. Go lighter if you're a light weight.4-5 slices of fresh ginger3 cloves of garlic1tsp oil
Directions
Heat oil.
swirl in crushed garlic and ginger. Just until fragrant.
remove the ginger if you are opposed to it.
quick stir-fry broccoli 3-4 minutes. Add bamboo shoots and onions. Then shrimp. cook until shrimp are almost pink another 3 minutes or so. Then add the
sauce. cook until thicken. Take off the burner so the broccoli does not over cook. You want it crisp tinder.



Serving Size: 4 nice size portions. serve over sticky rice
