White Pizza with Sun Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients
Directions
* Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 1 oz* Bread, pita, whole-wheat, 1 pita, large (6-1/2" dia)* Sun Dried Tomatoes - 4 pieces, 1 serving* Ricotta Cheese Lowfat - Kroger Brand, 0.125 cup* *Pesto Sauce, a few tiny dallops
mix the ricotta cheese with some garlic salt.
spread the ricotta cheese on top of the pita bread
put tiny dallops of the pesto on top.
top with slivers of sun dried tomato, or roasted red pepper, or whatever topping you choose (I used sun dried toms & fresh basil).
top with mozzarella cheese (i used fresh but low fat shredded is just as good)
sprinkle with some fresh ground pepper
bake at 400 for about 6 minutes or so til the cheese is melted. Enjoy!
