one 9 oz bag frozen artichoke heartsone can chopped water chestnuts one small can parmesan8 tblsp light Hellmans mayo
Mix all together in oven safe casserole and bake at 325 until brown and bubbly, about 20 mins. This can also go into a small crockpot Hellmans is known to hold together when cooked. Try Wasa crisps for a high fiber dipping cracker. Serves 16, each dipping 2-3 tablespoons on the graham cracker size Wasa crispbread. Very rich and satisfying! Worth the fat calories as it keeps you away from unknowns!
