Spiced Pear Granita

Ingredients
3-4 pears, mushy and overly ripe1/4 cup favorite white wine, I used moscato1/4 cup honey1/4 cup diced dates1/4 tsp Xanthan gum (leave out if you don't have it)1/4 tsp cinnamonpinch nutmeg
Directions
In food processor or blender ombine all ingredients. Process until smooth. Place in ice cream maker and process until correct consistency.
