Fluffy Pancakes /Waffles (1 waffles per serving)

Ingredients
*Flour, white, 1 cup (remove)Butter, salted, 2 tbsp (remove)Granulated Sugar, 3 tsp (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)Baking Soda, 0.5 tsp (remove)Milk, nonfat (skim milk), .75 cup (remove)
Directions

Serving Size: makes 3.5 waffles, 1 waffle per serving

Melt butter over low heat.

Measure milk into a small bowl, add vinegar and let curdle for 5 minutes. You can use buttermilk instead. Add egg, slightly beaten, and melted butter.

Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt in a medium bowl. Add milk mixture and stir briefly just until lumps are gone.

Cook as pancakes or waffles.

    This recipe is tasty, but needs a little work. Vinegar and salt are not listed in the ingredients. Sugar is in the ingredients but not listed in the instructions. - 8/22/15
