1 cup instant nonfat dry milk3 tsp. unflavored cocoa3 packets splenda3 Tbsp peanut butter12-15 Tbsp water6Tbsp raisins2.5 oz rice crispies or crumbled rice cakes *** not sure what that is in cups, converter only works for fluid but weight the crispies and you will get right amount.
Combine in bowl first 4 ingredients. Add water and mix well for 2 minutes. Add raisins and rice crispies. Mix well again. Place in 3 margarine containers and pack down firmly. Unmold into plastic wrap and wrap very tightly. Place in freezer overnight.
Serving Size: makes 3 margarine tub size circles about 1/2 - 1 inch thick or can do on pizza tray and cut into 10 which is what the calorie calculation is done for.
