Skillet Macaroni and Beef(Turkey)

1 lb. ground turkey (or beef)1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni1/2 c. chopped onion1/2 c. chopped green pepper1/8 tsp. pepper1 tsp. salt2 (8oz.) cans tomato sauce1 c. water2 to 3 tsp. Worchestershire sauce11/2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
Cook beef or turkey in large skillet until it loses its redness, drain fat. Stir in macaroni, onion, and green pepper. Cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes. Add tomato sauce, water, salt, papper, and Worchestershire sauce. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Stir, add mixed vegetables, cook an additional 2 minutes, or until vegetables are heated through.
Makes 6 servings. Serve with a green salad and enjoy.
