1 lb extra lean ground beef or turkey (for lower cals) 2 pieces of smoked sausage (sliced into bite sized pieces)1 medium chopped onion1 can black beans1 can red beans1 can cream style corn1 can pork and beans1.5 cans of tomato sauce
Brown the onions and ground meat together. Drain well. Add all ingredients to crock pot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
