Pan-Fried Tilapia

Ingredients
4 tilapia fillets, about 4 oz. each1/2 cup dry bread crumbs2 tbsp. olive oilsalt, pepper, and/or seasonings to taste (not included in Nutrition Facts)
Directions
Cut tilapia into 3 inch pieces/strips. Season if desired and coat with breadcrumbs. Cook fish in hot oil 6-8 minutes in a 12-inch skillet, turning once, until golden brown and easily flaked with a fork. Serve with veggies and cous cous or on hoagies with peppers and lettuce.
