Pumpkin Pancake Pie

Ingredients
Rolled Oats, Eggs, Brown Sugar Splenda, Diced apple, dried cranberries, sea salt, pumpkin pie spice and baking powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Place oats in a blender and burst until you have a flour like consistency. Place all the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and add oats, mix thoroughly. Spray a pie pan with a non-stick cooikng spray and place the batter in. Bake for 30-40 mins. Let cool a few minutes before serving.
