Crockpot Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin

2 lb Pork Tenederloin1 Medium Yellow Onion sliced4 - 6 Garlic Cloves minced8 Tbsp Low Sodium Teriyaki SauceI Cup Chicken Stock2 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce1/4 Cup Brown Sugar1 1/2 tsp Chili Paste2 tsp Salt1 tsp Pepper2 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
Mix Teriyaki sauce, chicken stock, soy sauce, brown sugar, chili paste and garlic together.
Rub Tenderloin with salt & pepper, inserting garlic into slits in the pork if you desire.
Layer most of the onion on the bottom of crockpot, add tenderlon and place remaining onions on top of it.
Pour liquid mixture over top and cook on high for 4 - 5 hours.
Serving Size: Makes about 8 Servings (4 oz each)
