150g sunflower seeds 50g pumpkin seeds 50g flaxseeds 50g sesame seeds 50g what bran 2 tbsp psyllium husk powder salt to taste 500 ml water
Mix everything together and leave to stand for 10 minutes. Cover two baking sheets with baking parchment and divide the mixture between the two, spreading it evenly and thinly. It may help to use another (oiled) sheet on top while pressing it out. Cut each into 16 pieces (pizza slicer works well). Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
Bake for 70-80 minutes in 160C. Swap the baking sheets around a couple of times to ensure even baking.
Store somewhere dry in room temperature.
