25g freh yeast250ml warm Milk500g flour50-100g sugar, to taste1tsp ground cardamom75g butter3tbsp butter3tbsp sugar1 tbsp cinnamon1 eggsugar, if possible larger sugar chrystals
dissolve the yeast in warm milk and add the butter. stir until you have a soft dough, then add the other ingredients. put the dough to a warm room and wait for 30 minutes.
knead through it, roll it out so it's about 1 cm thick.
melt the butter, coat the dough in butter and powder sugar and cinnamon over it.
roll the dough in.
cut it in about 20 1 inch buns.
wait for another 30 min. before you spread the batted egg on them and sprinkte sugar over them. bake them at 200°C for 5-10 minutes.
Serving Size: about 20 rolls
