White onionsGreen peppersMushroomsTomatoAny other veggies that you like
Directions
Use cooking spray and sautee all vegetables with a dash of chili powder, cumin, pepper and salt. Set aside.
Heat a skillet and spray with cooking Pam or equivalent. Toss in the beaten egg whites mixed with the cooked veggies.
Makes a low calorie, filling, high protein and fiber breakfast
