1lb. of Lamb Spare Ribs5 cloves garlic minceda palm full of thymea dash of salta few cranks of black peppertsp of evoo
Directions
Lay ribs in single layer in crockpot
Throw in all ingredients
Cook on high for 1-2 hours then reduce to low for the rest of the day.
