Cream of Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
Mushrooms, fresh, 907 grams , 32ozCorn Starch, 3 tbspLand O Lakes Light Butter, 2 tbspMilk, 2%, 1.5 cupFat free half and half, 1.5 cupCollege Inn Light & Fat Free Chicken Broth, 2 cupCelery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) sliced thinOnions, raw, 1 large diced thin3 Bay leaves1 tsp garlic powderSalt/Pepper to taste
Directions
In large skillet saute mushrooms and garlic powder with Pam spray
In large pot simmer celery and onions in butter until soft
Add milk, half n half, and broth, bay leaves bring to a simmer...stirring ocassionally so does not burn
Add mushrooms simmer additional 15 minutes
