Bacon Cheese Omlet

Ingredients
1/2 cup egg beaters or other egg subsitute1/4 2% Milk shreaded Cheddar Cheese2 tbls Real Bacon Bits
Directions
Makes one Omlet.

Spray small ( 8") Skillit with Pam or other cooking spray. Heat pan to med to med high. Add egg substitute let cook for one minute then flip over. Sprinkle cheese and bacon bits on on half of omlet. After one minuete on second side fold omlet in half sandwiching cheese and bacon mixture. Remove rom Pan and enjoy.

* Add vegtables or other low cal item for variety.
