Buttermilk Bisquits

Ingredients
1 cup All Purpouse Flour1/2 cup wheat flour1/2 cup wheat germ2 tsp baking powder.25 tsp baking soda1/2 cup shortening ( I have used yogurt based margarine in this recipe as well and it works great).75 cup buttermilk
Directions
Preheat oven to 450. Stir all dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Cut in shortening until the texture of the mixture is flaky. Add milk until dough forms. You may need more buttermilk than 3/4 of a cup depending on how thick it is. Roll out dough and cut biscuits out placing them on a cookie sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
