Tuna Burger

Three 6-ounce cans of light tuna in water, drained.1/3 cup light mayo3 tbsp seasoned dry bread crumbs2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley1 tsp dijon mustard1 tsp hot sauce (Franks is what I use)1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp ground pepper1 tbsp olive oil
Mix everything but the olive oil in a bowl, shape into 4 patties about 1" thick.
Oil in the skillet, medium.
Cook both sides until golden brown and heated through. 3-5 mins per side
I like them with pepper jack cheese melted on them, slice of tomato and some pickles.
Yum.
Serving Size: makes four burgers
